💛 With a Humble Heart, I Share My Story

Hello, and thank you for being here,
I am a disabled, and chronically ill college student living with Gorham-Stout Disease a rare and painful condition also known as “disappearing bone disease.” Life has presented me with many challenges, but I continue to move forward with hope, purpose, and perseverance.

Despite everything, I am committed to living the best life I can. I have embraced my disabilities, and I continue to pursue my education and raise awareness for rare diseases like mine. I am proud to be an advocate for those whose voices often go unheard.
Still, I can’t do it alone.

My health limits my energy, and I currently do not have the support or resources many others may take for granted. I am unable to work, and basic needs like shelter, food, transportation, and medical care remain a daily struggle.

This page is a work in progress, just like me!

I do not seek pity. I am not ashamed, nor embarrassed. I only ask for understanding—and, if you are in a position to do so, a helping hand. Whether it’s a financial donation, sharing this page, or simply offering a kind word, I appreciate every act of kindness.

Earlier this year, I came close to giving up. Today, I am grateful to be here, still trying, still hoping, still advocating—not just for myself, but for all those facing invisible battles.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Thank you especially for seeing me. I appreciate you for being a part of my journey.

With gratitude,
Holly
